DDI's Global Leadership Forecast is one of the most expansive leadership research projects of its kind. For more than 25 years, we have examined leadership development practices and leader experiences in major industries and economies around the globe. Research areas include retention, critical skills for the future, preferred learning modalities, and many more.
The last study captured data from more than 13,500 global leaders and 1,500 organizations worldwide across 50 countries and 24 major industry sectors.
After your company participates in our leadership research, you will receive a free, custom high-value report benchmarking your organization's leadership practices against global, regional, and industry averages, as well as the best places to work.
The report also provides an understanding of your leaders' perceptions and opinions, plus a set of customized strengths and priorities for improving your leadership practices and capabilities.

To qualify for a custom benchmarking report for your company, you must take the HR Survey and have at least 30 leaders from your company take the Leader Survey.
If you meet the above eligibility requirements, we will prepare your free company report and send it to you in late 2024. Note that the comprehensive Global Leadership Forecast 2025 report, which aggregates and analyzes global survey data, publishes in 2025. So you will benefit from the insights of your custom benchmarking report several months before our research is publicly released.
Your company's custom report is part of DDI's commitment to the science of leadership, so we offer it complimentary to you for participating in our research. Please note that this is a limited-time opportunity to participate, as the next Global Leadership Forecast report won't be published until 2027.

At least 30 leaders from your company must participate in the Leader Survey to ensure a statistically representative sample.
However, if between five and 29 leaders from your company participate, you will receive a report benchmarking your industry and region against global norms and top financial performers. Your report will not include custom data benchmarking your company’s results.
