Your Experience

At DDI, our personality test is called the Global Leadership Inventories, or “GLIs.” The GLIs are three sets of questions about your personality that create a well-rounded view of your strengths, challenges, and values. The GLIs include:

  • The Leadership Effectiveness Inventory: These questions assess your personal qualities that promote success in your work, relationships, learning, and life. 
  • The Leadership Challenge Inventory: These questions measure eleven patterns of interpersonal behaviors that tend to appear when you’re under stress. These patterns represent your potential “derailers” which may limit your leadership effectiveness if you don’t manage them.
  • The Leadership Values Inventory: These questions measure your values and interests. These help you to understand your motivations as a leader, and help you think strategically about finding personal fulfillment in your career.

Afterward, you’ll receive an email to set up a time with your DDI Executive Coach to review your results. Then you’ll receive a detailed guidebook outlining implications of your scores and techniques to address key areas going forward.

How It Works

  4. Once you complete you purchase, you will receive an email from DDI with links to complete the Global Leadership Inventories.
  5. Once you have completed the assessment, you will receive an email to schedule confidential debrief and coaching (up to 90 minutes) from a certified DDI Executive Coach.
  6. You will receive your report during the coaching session. You will also receive a Development Guidebook for on-going support.
